For years, crypto-backed lending has suffered from a credibility problem. Rates were often opaque, negotiated behind closed doors, or hidden behind vague language that broke down for different sized loans.
Arch is taking a different approach.
We are introducing a clear, size-based rate structure across our lending products. The goal is simple: bring real pricing clarity to clients at every loan size while matching or beating the broader market.
This update applies to each product priced according to its true cost of capital.

Crypto-Backed Loans (BTC, ETH, SOL)
All crypto-backed loans are structured as 12-month terms with the ability to roll over at maturity. There is no rate inflation tied to longer lockups, and no hidden repricing over time.
As loan size increases, Arch’s cost of capital decreases. Rather than capturing that spread, we pass it directly to the borrower through lower rates.

These rates include a standard 1.49% origination fee, subject to state-level regulatory constraints. Promotional discounts continue to apply as normal.
Perpetual Income
Perpetual Income loans remain backed by Arch’s institutional facility with Galaxy. This structure prioritizes durability across market cycles and establishes a firm APR floor.
Perpetual Income loans between $5,000 and $1 million are priced at a 12.5% APR.
Loans above $1 million are priced at an 11.5% APR.
Pricing includes a 2% setup fee and reflects the long-term nature of the product.
Why This Matters
Most crypto lenders optimize for opacity. Negotiated pricing, unclear thresholds, and moving goalposts create short-term margin at the expense of long-term trust.
Arch is optimizing for scale.
Clear tiers create predictability. Predictability builds confidence. Confidence allows serious capital to move without friction.
This is what institutional-grade crypto lending looks like when it is built for the long term.
