Transparent fee structure
Tiered origination fee A one-time fee deducted from your disbursed funds at origination, ranging from 0.49% to 1.49% based on loan size. Covers loan documentation, underwriting, KYC, and onboarding. Fully reflected in the APR.
From 7.25% APR Fixed simple interest on outstanding principal, ranging from 7.75% to 9.00% based on loan size, with custom pricing for loans over $5M (APRs from 7.25%). Larger loans qualify for better rates. Daily accrual, settled at maturity.
No prepayment penalties Repay your loan in full or in part at any time. No fees, no penalties. Save on interest by paying down principal whenever you want.
No hidden fees No account maintenance fees, no custody fees, no statement fees. The APR you see is what you pay, plus any standard bank transfer fees (which we don't control).
